Advanced Filtration

The Whynter ARC-143MX Portable Air Conditioner comes with the 3M™ Antimicrobial High Air Flow (HAF) air filter that’s designed to remove particles such as dust, pet hair, and pet dander. An antimicrobial agent helps stop the growth of mold and mildew, and the micro-structured filtration media traps and retains particles—keeping them out of your space. This enhanced air filtration system is especially important for maintaining particle-free air around critical equipment in server rooms.

Additionally, a pre-filter captures large particlesfrom your space.

Auto-Drain Technology

Whynter’s patented auto-drain technology uses and recycles moisture collected during the cooling process. Most if not all the condensation will be recycled and exhausted, meaning little to no maintenance and manual draining is required.

Under extremely hot conditions, the unit may not be able to recycle moisture quickly enough, so a backup reservoir inside the portable AC will be used to collect the condensation. The compressor will automatically stop if the reservoir is full, avoiding any chance of overflow. Your environmentand costly equipmentwill be safe from possible damage.
