The Green Air Products Total Humidity Controller makes managing humidity in any space easier than ever. The THC-2 Total Humidity Controller is an external humidistat that works with your dehumidifier or humidifier to regulate humidityandmaintain your ideal conditions.
Manufactured in the USA, the Green Air Products Total Humidity Controller is compatible with dehumidifiers and humidifiers both with and without onboard humidistat control. You can also use it with any other electrically triggered appliance such as exhaust fans, misting fans, or evaporative coolers.
The THC-2 Total Humidity Controller is ideal for use in any applicationto maintain accurate humidity in basementand crawl space dehumidification, home humidification, as well as in greenhouses and other controlled environments.
To use, simply plug the humidistat controller into an active surge protector and plug your appliance into the controller’s piggyback cord. Adjust the dial to your desired humidity, and the controller will activate or deactivate your equipment to maintain the humidity set point.
When used in dehumidifying mode, high humidity conditions will activate your dehumidifier until the relative humidity level drops approximately 7%. At this point, the controller will shut off your dehumidifier until the humidity increases again by 7%. In humidifying mode, the Total Humidity Controller activates your humidifier to add moisture to your space when the relative humidity falls below your set point.
