Rabbit Air’s charcoal-based activated carbon filters are used in BioGS® air purifiers to capture airborne gases, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and odors. VOCs are often generated by offgassing from carpets, composite wood furniture, and other materials in your home. The effectiveness and life of these carbon filters is determined by the concentration and density of active carbon in the deodorization filter. BioGS® activated carbon filters have a much higher active carbon concentration and density than ordinary activated carbon filters on the market. That means odor problems from cooking, pets, smokers, microbial VOCs, or other sources are largely reduced.
