The Ebac DD200 Desiccant Dehumidifier hasa compact, rugged, and lightweight design which facilitates transport by a single person and is easily accommodated in areas with space restrictions.
This desiccant dryer incorporates a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) Heater to ensure immediate maximum drying with a constantly maintained level during operation. Designedfor extremely low-temperature humidity control incommercialapplications, this dehumidifier can remove up to 40 PPD (AHAM).
How Desiccant Dehumidifiers Work
Desiccant dehumidifiers use a process called adsorption (different from absorption) to remove moisture from damp airand saturated surfaces. This process uses a Silica Gel wheel, plus an internal heater, to recirculate drier air throughout a room, reducing overall humidity levels and drying surfaces.
